AITA/IATA Council

The AITA/IATA Council has unlimited executive powers relating to the administration and the management of the Association. The Council appoints all deputies, all employees and members of staff of the Association and dismisses them; it determines their job description and their salary. Unless a power is explicitly stated to belong exclusively to the General Assembly of the Association, all powers are considered to be under the authority of the Council.
