CEC General Assembly: Neerhof, Westouter Flanders/Belgium 4 – 6 July 2012

On behalf of the CEC Board and OPENDOEK (Belgium), let me inform you about the term of the next General Assembly of the CEC 2012 which will take place in Neerhof, Westouter (Heuvelland) in Flanders/Belgium from July, 4th (Wednesday) to July, 6th (Friday) 2012. At the same time there will be running a Theatre Festival “Spots op West” organized by OPENDOEK (July, 5–8).
Many thanks to OPENDOEK for hosting the General Assembly.
Westouter is a small village in the municipality of Heuvelland situated near Ieper, closed to the seaside and the French frontier, well known with its World War I memorials and fortresses. Westouter is situated 150 km from Brussels.

Wednesday 4 July
Welcome in Westouter (Belgium).
Thursday 5 July
10:00–13:00 Meeting – GA CEC part I
Lunch
14:00–18:00 Meeting – GA CEC part II
Dinner
20:00 Opening of the Theatre Festival Spots op west
Friday 6 July
9:30 Meeting – GA CEC part III (if needed) or Festival Spots op West
Departure
Saturday 7 & Sunday 8: Festival continues
Please confirm your participation at the GA as well the time of your arrival and departure no later than 1st of April 2012 to Bernard Soenens at Opendoek: Bernard.soenens@opendoek-vzw.be and please copy me in as well: dolezalova@nipos-mk.cz . Please let me know whether you will travel by plane, train or car.
More information about conditions, accommodation etc. will be available very soon. OPENDOEK has very kindly booked some places in the village, so that there should be a comfortable accomodation for everybody.
