    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing on behalf of the International center LINGUIST located in
Russia. What we do is we teach foreign languages to children and
    adults.

For about 2 years we have hold a theatre group for teenagers where
    they prepare shows in English.

All of them would love to take part in any kind of event where they
can share their expirience. I was looking though the available options
    and found your offer.

Could you kindly advise on if we can participate in your festival.

    Kindest regards,
    Olesya

We will give all guests from Japan and abroad a hilarious nonsense madcap performance that will make everybody laugh and feel happy.
