A new organisation from New York, USA joins AITA/IATA asbl as an Associate. They are Dancing Crane and were created in 1996, incorporated as a non-profit organisation in 1999 and have become a home for the practice of Georgian traditions, including theatre, within New York. Continue reading »

The final day of the World Festival of Children’s Theatre on Tuesday 14 June 2016 saw a performance from the Theatre Group of the TPZ Lingen (Germany) with their production Play Pinocchio!

The AITA/IATA asbl World Festival of Children’s Theatre (WFCT) opened on Sunday 5 June. In front of the Stratford City Hall, Artistic Director Ron Dodson, General Director Steve Rae, the Mayor of Stratford Dan Mathieson and AITA/AITA asbl President Rob Van Genechten welcomed the delegates, thanked all the volunteers and declared the Festival open.
