Youth performance in NEATA Festival 2012

One week before the opening of the NEATA festival, 23 young theatre people from all NEATA countries met and worked together under the professional, inspiring and very creative leadership of the director Moqi Simon Trolin. The second day of the festival the NEATA Youth showed the result of their work and what a performance! So impressive in such a short time and with so many very skilled youngsters – there were standing ovations for the NEATA Youth. Not only because of their performance but also because of their voluntary work during the festival.

Hopefully this festival can be an inspiration to all aita/iata regional festivals – or to any festival: to invite young people to come enjoy and then to be part of the voluntary crew.

Alongside the festival, there was a symposium with 30 participants : Digital Dramatic Dreams – stories of light was held at Alsion Soenderborg.
