AITA/IATA asbl Associates Double Défi, organisers of the International Festival of Mont-Laurier Theatre are preparing for the next scheduled event in the autumn of 2017 (7 – 13 September 2017).
All interested groups who wish to participate in the next festival must email firstname.lastname@example.org with their email address and they will forward the necessary documents for registration in the festival.

We are delighted to welcome a new Associate from Canada – Smile-Group Canada – who have international experience, having performed at the Sapperlot Festival this year. It is their artistic director Sasha Sinay who initiated the contact with AITA/AITA asbl.

The AITA/IATA asbl World Festival of Children’s Theatre (WFCT) opened on Sunday 5 June. In front of the Stratford City Hall, Artistic Director Ron Dodson, General Director Steve Rae, the Mayor of Stratford Dan Mathieson and AITA/AITA asbl President Rob Van Genechten welcomed the delegates, thanked all the volunteers and declared the Festival open.
Former AITA/IATA asbl Executive Board Member (1991 – 2001) Eva Moore of Ontario Canada is to be honoured with the AACT Mort Clark International Achievement Award at an awards ceremony during the AACT New York Adventure 7 – 10 July 2016.
