AITA/IATA asbl extends a very warm welcome back to the Association, Isabel Quintanar, Presidente del Centro Mexicano de Teatro A.C. The organisation has continued to be very active in Mexico, despite financial difficulties and have staged a National Meeting of theatre lovers for 35 years without interruption every January.

AIDAS 2017 - XIII International Amateur Theatre Festival 20-24 Sept 2017, Jonava, Lithuania

Danute Vaigauskaite of the AITA/IATA asbl Lithuanian National Centre announces AIDAS 2017, the XIII International Amateur Theatre Festival in Jonava, Lithuania. This festival was initiated by Jonava Municipality Theatre and the Lithuanian National Centre and is the only amateur theatre festival in Lithuania. It commemorates the Lithuanian playwright Raimundas Samulevicius.

AITA/IATA asbl is delighted to welcome a new Associate from Great Britain – The Unknown Theatre Company. They come from Cardiff in Wales and you might recall their appearance in the Monaco Mondial in 2005 with Dance of the Dragon. They have a very informative website
